My name is Angeli Marie. My friends call me Anj. I was born on January 17, 1990 and I’m 20 years old. I was born and raised in Tacloban City, Philippines. Currently in a relationship. I’m the youngest of four. I’m taking up Web Applications Development. I attended high school at a Catholic Filipino-Chinese school. I love to sing but I cannot dance. I hate PE subject. I love Japanese and Korean movies, series and music. I am often mistaken as a smoker, but trust me, I don’t smoke. I also am not into drugs. I have fear of heights, earthquakes, lightning, insects/creepy crawling creatures, and just recently, I have acquired the fear of crossing roads.
I love music. My favorite genres include: r&b, techno, pop (kpop & jpop) hip-hop and rock. Some of my favorite bands and singers are: David Pomeranz, Taylor Swift, Beyonce, Mariah Carey, Rihanna, Colbie Caillat, Paramore, Panic! at the Disco, Lady Gaga, Big Bang, 2NE1, KARA, Girl’s Generation, Super Junior. Music is very important to me, I can’t live without it. I’m not really into mellow love songs but I love David Pomeranz and the first concert I’ve been to was of John Ford Coley with special guest David Pomeranz. 
I started listening to Korean music in 2003 and I started to like kpop in 2006 because of Big Bang.
I love watching movies and series. Some of my favorite series are Friends(American), Hana Yori Dango(Japanese), My Girl(Korean), One Liter of Tears(Japanese), Devil Beside You(Taiwanese). Some of my favorite movies are Titanic, A Walk to Remember, The Proposal, The Time Traveler’s Wife, He’s Just Not That Into You, 13 Going on 30, Eurotrip and Mean Girls. I’m not much of a book reader but one of my favorite authors is Nicholas Sparks.
I’ve been into photography when I was still in high school but since I didn’t have any camera gear back then, I didn’t get a chance to practice my photography skills. Last year, I started taking photos with my dad’s cam, a point-and-shoot cam (Sony-DSC T300). October 2009, I got a camera, a Canon EOS 450D which I named ‘Toby‘, an early Christmas/birthday gift from my dad. Well, I actually broke his camera and he still doesn’t know about it yet. I keep on reading articles about photography both online and on magazines to be able to understand photography more. I also learn with the help of my mentors and fellow members of LeySamFoto Photography Club. I join photoshoots and other activities that would help me enhance my skills. Photography is just my hobby, it will never be my profession. I don’t even know anything when it comes to the technical stuff about photography. I just enjoy taking photos and making memories last longer.
